Jackson autopsy details revealed

Pop star Michael Jackson had a strong heart and was a "fairly healthy" 50-year-old, according to an autopsy report obtained in the US.

His weight was in the acceptable range for a man of his height, according to the Associated Press.

But the singer, who died of a heart attack in June, had punctured arms, tattooed lips and eyebrows and suffered from lung damage and some arthritis.

Jackson's death was ruled as homicide caused by a powerful anaesthetic.

Cosmetic surgery

The Los Angeles coroner disclosed in August that Propofol and the sedative Lorazepam were the "primary drugs responsible for Mr Jackson's death".

The drugs were administered by Jackson's physician Dr Conrad Murray, and the verdict has been considered likely to increase the chances of criminal charges being brought against his doctors.

According to the document, Jackson's most serious health problem was his chronically inflamed lungs, but this was not serious enough to be a contributing factor to his death.

The post mortem did not uncover any physical problems that may have limited Jackson's ability to perform.

"His overall health was fine," said Dr Zeev Kain of the University of California, who reviewed the report for AP but was not involved in the post-mortem examination.

"The results are in normal limits," he added.

The report also revealed that Jackson had a number of scars on his body, including behind his ears and beside each of his nostrils.

Dr Kain concluded they were likely to have been caused by cosmetic surgery, while others, including on the knee, were likely to have been created by medical procedures.

The document also states that the singer was bald at the front of his head and had what appeared to be a dark tattoo stretching across his head.

His remaining hair was described as short and tightly-curled, it added.

The coroner reported that Jackson had depigmentation of the skin around his face, chest, abdomen and arms.

The full autopsy report has yet to be officially released to the public, but the conclusion that Jackson's death was homicide has been disclosed.

Just like Elvis Presley's death, Michael's death triggered an outpouring of grief around the world. The legendary King Of Pop is finally at rest...

So the officials finally decided that his death was a homocide. In my point of view, his death is more likely to be an accident than a homocide. (When I was on vacation this summer, I watched the entertainment news about Michael Jackson every day. It's like a broken record. = = The news about Michael is the same day after day...) The day Michael died, he felt a huge pain on his back so he asked his personal physician, Dr Conrad Murray for help. So he injected Diprivan in him and this is the cause of his death. But here's the catch, Michael asked his physican to give him medicine for the pain so his physican injected Diprivan according to Michael's own free will. Unfortunately, he was overdosed with Diprivan which made him suffer from cardiac arrest.

His physican didn't know the amount of Diprivan Michael can take. As a matter of fact, The amount of intake of medicine varries according to the person's imune system. Therefore, just a slight increase of dosage may kill. Since his physican did not intend to kill him, i don't think his entirely responsible for Michael's death, in fact, Michael should also take the blame.

michael, was one of my favourite pop star. i read a lot of news and information about him before. just when i was a kid, i was really really suprised when i saw his "famous moon walk" on his billie jean show. i appreciate on his dance, his nice vocal, and his career, but i do look down upon his decision on doing cosmetic surgery. when michael was still a "black", i think he is really handsome by the way, there is no need to do such surgery. after all, a person having that much of pressure was finally rest in peace, such a nice thing for him.

Michael Jackson is one of my favourite pop star.I was shock when I knew the news of his death. That was sudden.I bought the ticket of his last concert but now I can only see it in cinema.

He gave us a lot of memories.Whatever moonwalk,45 degrees post, his songs or his news, all are in everyone's mind.Out of those gossip, there are still a lot of thing about him we can remember. What is your feeling when you saw he dance?I can tell you mine. When I saw he dance,I think he should not belong to this world. He came from another place. It's unbelievable. His preformance always lets your eyes cannot leave him.

He is a true pop star.No one can have more glory than him. From a fan point of view,I just want people stop to say the gossip of him and leave his children alone.Remember what we should proud of Michael Jaskson--King Of Pop.

R.I.P. MJ!

Michael Jackson is a great pop star, he danced well, sang well and we should treat him with respect. So, don't be a gossip.

Michael Jackson had lots of health problems, such as arthritis, inflamed lungs. And, he had a number of scars on his body, arms, lips, eyebrows, nostrils, etc. These problems pain him a lot. I can't image how much pain he suffer and we can image how much medicine he take everyday.Anyway, his painstaking to attain his goal in life is praiseworthy and that's way he ca be a famous, successful singer.
